When Boxlight, an audio-visual supplier for K12 schools, acquired Mimio, an educational software and hardware company, they wanted to combine the two brands into a cohesive a recognizable entity. Their goal was to leverage the approachability and educational clout of the Mimio brand with Boxlight’s reputation for delivering top-notch audio-visual solutions.
